Man Rwilson I feel your pain. What I think I would do is fix it,the motor ,losing half the cylinders sounds like a switch box, the trim is a tough one ,I had to buy one on eBay and had it installed. Years ago and do far do good, the soft floor? Use it the way it is until you can try to fix it. I know buying a newer boat sounds good but who is to say you won't have problems with that one too Wilson it's a tough one. I have been out twice this month and all is good but I have been staying close to the marina. I'm getting my Faith's back in my boat. Maybe I'm to over cautious or to safe.
What ever you do will be the right choice .
