There are 2 hit shows on TV.. One is called Pawn Stars and the other is called American Picker. Both of them feature people that pay people about half or less for items that they want to buy, so that they can then sell them for twice that amount. My point is if you ever read the "Art of the Deal" you would know that he, (Trump) like everyone else in business, is trying to make a buck. No one is ever in business to lose money.
As for his failed real estate school, although he did pay back a lot of money two things are factual. 1) He never said it was a scam, and he said he was returning the money in the interests of clearing his good name. 2) He produced several testimonials in court from people that attended his school that praised it and the amount of knowledge they gained.
So I guess that it all depends on which side of the fence you're on as to whom you believe. In my own personal opinion I think it was a smear job fomented by the same people that tried on so many other occasions to destroy him both before and during his presidency.
