Default drifting for fluke.....

for you northeasters and you down south flounderers, up here in the tri-state area we drift for fluke. these drifts can last from 10 to 30 minutes. when you guys are drifting, do you shut down your motor? we always have, unless we were on a quick drift and had to move every 10 minutes or so. drifting for fluke is one of my favorite types of fishing. one, because the payoff is a delicious fillet. two, because it's the most relaxing type of fishing i know of.
so..... do you keep your motor idling while drifting, or do you shut it down and re-start every 15 minutes or so?
