You can get a bulb type pump with hose on both sides of the bulb (it’s been so long, I don’t recall where I got it) and start a siphon going and drain into gas cans. I’ve found that to be a little difficult to get the siphon going.
The other way is to get some fuel hose and a double barb fitting to extend the gas line out the transom drain hole to the gas cans. Have some paper towels and/or kitty litter to soak up any gas you spill when you’re unhooking and hooking up the gas line extension.

I've used the second method with good results. Don't forget to raise the front of the trailer so the boat leans towards the rear.
