She didn’t answer the question. She, from her perspective, could probably have honestly answered that she knew biologically, but from the legal/human rights side, she would have to reserve judgment until she was hearing a case. So she wasn’t truthful and seems pretty clear she lied, as lawyers, particularly trial lawyers, are very inclined to do.
