And yes …..
1. Obama’s 2015 Energy Policies did pave the way for us to reach independence during 2019 .
2. Yes, Trump was President at that point and pro energy
3. The loss of workers and production caused by Covid did cut our production ……and the snap back demand is still exceeding supply.
4. Now Putin’s mess …..is causing more mess.
I don’t believe we’ll cut Russian oil imports because Russia would just sell the volume to China, and Germany can’t afford to lose that oil volume. But……we’ll see.
