It’s a little bit nuanced, something that you ignorantly scoff at. Biden couldn’t negotiate his way out of a wet paper bag - he has projected weakness and incompetence to a very tough and savvy Putin. He blurted out that we wouldn’t have a military response to Putin’s invasion, and while it may not be in our interest to do so, an even modestly skilled negotiator wouldn’t have scraped it off the table as virtually his first response to the situation.

A skilled negotiator would probably have been getting our allies on board and imposing sanctions while Putin was amassing a huge, obviously invasion, force on the boarder as a deterrent, leaving him to wonder if our far superior military might wipe out his military as soon as they crossed the boarder, or at least provide the Ukrainians the hardware to do it themselves.

He never tried this kind of thing during the Trump administration because Trump is a very skilled and experienced negotiator and Putin knew the cost to him wouldn’t have been worth the risk. All of your projection about Trump kissing Putin’s behind is just more of your tribal, bigoted, ignorant, mindlessly biased, incompetent drivel.

You’ll doubtless have some snarky, completely non-responsive reply, but that’s to be expected.
