Here is how I post pictures, I load the pictures from where ever, camera phone to a folder on my PC, then while your posting or after your post scroll down to manage attachments, open it up, click on browse, it will open up your PC, find your folder, open that up and click on the picture you want. If it's more than one, repeat the process. For you video, again I save it to the folder than upload it on youtube, once it's completed loading, play it and then copy the URL and paste it into your report. It sounds long and difficult, it really isn't. I'm sure there are plenty of other maybe easier suggestions out there and everyone will try to help you out, but that's how I do it.
