that's is a contraction (of the words

apostrophe is used to indicate the place of the missing letters. Contractions are commonly used in speech (or written dialogue), informal forms of writing, and where space is at a premium, such as in advertising.
So it's not "thats your boat", rather you should have typed "
that's your boat". Please be careful. The grammar police are everywhere.
