Yes. In fact, if you look closely you cannot see the crack around the edge where I cut the deck to remove it, nor can you see the screw heads along the edge that I used to reattach the deck after I fixed the rotted deck wood problem and the waterlogged foam. The first coat filled them in and left a barely noticeable depression. The second coat removed any sight of them.
