Obviously the reason(s) for the not much interest are: Price and time of year. Understand, I AM NOT saying that she's not worth it. It looks like you have a really fine boat there and anyone, including me, would be happy to have her.
I'm guessing that most of your asking price is because of the engine and the trailer, and that's understandable. But it is on the high side for a 24 year old boat, regardless. Add to that the time of year, (winter) and a lot of fishing is closed due to weather and laws and you get to understand why there hasn't been much interest in her.
Personally, I hope you sell her right away, but I'm betting that you'll have more interest in her, regardless of price, once springtime rolls around. Best of luck to you.
