I started sleeping propped up in a sitting position due to a shoulder injury that causes extreme "holy ship my arm is breaking" pain when rolling over in bed.
Since doing that I wake up with almost no back pain!
Considering getting one of those adjustable beds but it would cut into the 4 stroke motor fund....
