Was going to make the same comment that Phatdaddy just did..  All the perimeter holes will have to be glassed and re drilled.  Reinforcing them with a long piece of aluminum angle iron running the length of the console base will help a lot also.  Nice "T" top but poor mounting design in my opinion.   And I agree with Dizzyspots that the possible cracks on the deck look like twigs and branches to me
