Ive never replaced a Bennett tab actuator that wasn't damaged from impact(fork lifts usually). Most issues with Bennett tabs are related to where the reservoir is mounted, keep it in a dry place and you wont have any issues. I replace a lot of Lenco actuators, switches, and black boxes($$$$). However Lenco tabs have some really nice options, position indicator, auto retract, the ability to put one tab down while raising the other. Bennett offers solutions to this options, but they get expensive and can give more issues. personally, Id install Bennetts, use a circuit breaker rather than a fuse, mount the reservoir in a good location, and only add options you deem necessary
