Yeah the 3.4 is the way to go. Had a 94 4Runner with the 3 point slow. Had decent mid range, but non existant top end. Inching past a semi going 68 mph is part of their charm though.

Had 6 Toyotas now. Loved every one.

Pulling the V with an 05 Tundra Double Cab with the 4.7.
