You could start with NADA value for everything then +/- for condition.
Greatly depends on hull, deck, transom integrity. If soft, water intruded -.

Engine, see what comparable are selling for as starting point with same+/- for hours, compression, running performance.

Then value for how " pretty" ......cosmetic condition.

Not the specific $$ selling price you may be asking for, but starting point for sure.
