Re: Fuel fill hose
I did the job yesterday. The fill hose had a 1978 date molded in it. Original equipment. I replaced the vent hose and also the hose from the tank to the engine. Now I am in the process of removing fuel from the tank. The boat sat for over two years with the fuel in her. I've pulled about 21 gallons so far and still have a fair amount more left. I found broken wires on the tank level indicator. And there was no ground wire going to the fill neck from the tank top. Is this somethng I can buy separately or does it come with a new fill neck? I didn't replace the fill neck, but now I am thinking I might have to. This is never ending - fun - but never ending.
