Why? ... Reflections of an old salt.
So,..... my 4 reasons to go fishing are:
1) A day on the water. The peace of being with nature
2) Equally spending time with family/friends or the solitude of being alone.
3) Food
4) The sport (thrill) of the hunt and the satisfaction and constant re-affirmation to myself that I can provide for my family and myself if needed.
Can anyone else add to that list with something I might have missed?
