She actually seems like a pretty solid boat. Transom definitely needs work. Still not sure what direction I want to go with this thing. Regardless it will be a complete tear down and rebuild. Nice lookin boat... What year is it? Looks a lot like mine, I have an 87 cuddy. I would love a cc, but fell in love with the cuddy.
