Brian, fillet is spot on, they are mounts for a bench seat that goes across the transom. I still have it and it's in good shape, but I just use folding canvas chairs for extra seating when I need it.

RAP, we have no room up here on the water! Probably the same number of boats as down there but no room for them. They've got trailers and boats on the roof at that marina!

The four screws on the starboard side of the transom are where the pump is mounted for the washdown. They're putting the outlet on the starboard side just aft of the rod box.
