That's a 3 blade prop. Those numbers were all more than I expected, but again the boat was empty except for me, fuel and minimal gear. I'm sure when I put 3 more people and 500 pounds of gear it will be a little slower. Only 2 hours but very pleased so far. Here's the prop I'm using:
