Hey John, It cleans with a scrub brush and soap. I just use my power washer because I'm too lazy to push the brush. But, like anything else, don't let a stain like blood or rust sit on it till it's dry since that makes it harder to get out, and I'm all about easy whenever possible. Like MJ said, throw a bucket of water on the blood before it drys and let it drain over the side. (And a good gas powered power washer should be able to stay on the dock and reach pretty much any place on a V).
