 Since you have to put the trailer on blocks to take off the tires, why not just  jack up the trailer and put the axles on blocks with the tires off the ground?... Lots easier that removing the tires.  Faster too.    
And yes, storm warnings are out...  We (NJ ) can expect anywhere from 0 - 24" of snow...  And right now it looks like the southern part of the state is going to get hit the hardest.
