I spend a few hours knocking out a few cushions for the captains chair on the V.
I used Allsport 4 way stretch vinyl for covering and 1" gym mat for the foam coring.
I didn't think they would be very comfortable but they are awesome. My back is in pretty bad shape due to my years of doing the same work and they are comfy.
I highly recommend the Allsport vinyl for any project. Allsport isn't cheap ($30 a yard) but it's great stuff
I wish I would have used it last winter on the combing pads on the Bertram.
You can see the zipper under the seat cushion. I only had # 10 zippers on hand. Probably should have use something smaller.
