The deck drains to the outside and the bilge. There are drains at both rear corners of the deck as well as a narrow channel along the transom that starts at the corner drains and slopes towards the engine area and drains into the bilge. Judging from the water that you can see in the drain, I would say the deck is about 1 - 1.5" above the water line at rest. This means any water that comes in the drain can run down the channel and right into the bilge. I have found that I get less water in the bilge by keeping the deck drains plugged. I know pictures would help. Maybe this weekend.
