well this is BIG!!
If it were me, I would try to sell it! Get all I could back even if you had to piece it out, which in this case might be the best thing to do!
Motor is going to fetch the best money, what year motor?? only freash water? I would say there is $2000+ for motor and controls.
Then start over with a different hull.
But this is me! You are in control so best of luck to ya!!
