So i got rid of the sump well that was at the stern i had so many different ideas and whats ifs at the the time i included it. For what reason im not sure i actually raised the floor up about a 1 1/2 when i redid the stringers plus im using selfbailing ball scuppers heres the well cut out. I left the lip so i can put starboard in its place.
