5200, but make sure the hole is dry first.. and I mean DRY!!!... as in leave the bolt out and hit the area with warm from a heater for a day or so dry. The wood in your transom does not like wet. Wet causes dry rot, which is the number 1 reason transoms rot out. Coat the bolt and the hole completely including the inside of the hole, then assemble.
