I don't want to hurt your feelings but in it's current state and this time of the year... you would be hard pressed to give the boat away and the trailer while no doubt nice... well it's like selling a heavy coat in july... for the most part the only it will sell is if it's a ridiculously good price.... I might have had some interest in the hull if I could have somehow used it to better mine but just the fuel to pick it up would exceed what I'd pay and needing an expensive bracket to hang a motor will be a deal breaker for most people... USUALLY an older project boat and trailer can be bought for the value of the motor hanging on the back and sometimes less.
Some of your extras interest me but I highly doubt you want to let them go cheap enough to warrant the road trip and buying in the winter....
Your choices as I see them are A: finish your project and likely lose a little money when/if you sell it, or B: part it out and lose a LOT of money.
Sadly people will spend ridiculous amounts of money buying parts to fix up an old boat they already have but if the same boat is sitting in someone else's driveway it isn't worth spit.
If you have any hope at all of finishing it I'd say start bugging all your friends n relatives for a parking spot.
Just my .02 from years of messing with "old junk".
BTW another example, the 28' cruiser pictured in my sig was listed 3 times on ebay (had no engines or drives) without a buyer before I came along bought it for $543 and a few weeks later I bought another one that had sunk and been recovered but had good engines n drives for $600
