MJ's right...milky oil usually indicates water/ oil mix...DOUBLE CHECK that T-Stat ...is there ANY possibility water's gettin' somewhere it ain't sposed to?...I don't know anything about your motor, but I've learned about coincidenses...the hard way... ;)...
