Arco makes a good product, surprised you're having issues. Take a battery load tester and load test your battery, then move the positive cable from the tester to teh solenoid on your engine, load test again, then put teh positive clamp back on your battery and move hte ground clamp to the starter and load test. This will check your cables and connections. It will show if you have a bad cable or ground. Do you have the Ford type starter or the Chevy type starter on your engine? The worst one to swap out was the one with teh two small studs in the block. I took a 5/8 wrench and heated it up to bend it so I didn't have to remove the heat exchanger. The Chevy style starters are usually thru bolted, I just put teh ratchet on teh back side of teh bell housing and put a wrench on teh nuts.
