Ya, but if I recall an old conversation with my doctor correctly, if it is cancer that will explain the need for dialysis and the possible need for the transplant. The one effects the other. My mom had colon cancer. They cut out the bad part, re-sectioned the tube and sent her home. That was over 35 years ago. She died of something totally different last year. Her kidneys were failing also, but after they removed the cancer that allowed the kidneys to heal and she never needed dialysis after all. Not saying that will happen, but it's a thought. Hang in the MJ.
