If anyone has redone transom from outside, without reusing outer skin. How many layers of biax 1708 did you use? Did you use mat also?
I am moving along with my repair and want to be sure im on the right track. I've put 6 layers of 1708 on outside now and it seem like i will need some more.
I'm learning about fiberglass repair as I go so thanks for any advice.
