From what I understand you have to be enrolled in any kind of plan period to be eligible for your tax rebate. Those who remained uninsured will be the ones forfeiting their refund.....

BTW, just got the numbers for our business. This December our policy for our company will go up 11% because its locked in. Thats $82,000 for us due at the first of the year. If this mess aint resolved by December '14 our rate will go up 68% making our premium $137,760 with waaay less coverage......So much for offering our employees benefits!! So we end up stripping our guys their benefits so they can go shop for insurance which may or may not and probably will not be as advantageous as what we offered. REDICULOUS
