The boat is fairly heavy, about 2650 pounds, hull only, no motor gear or fuel.  I was on the fence weather or not to go with a 225 or 250 but for the money the HO is the best deal.  I don't expect a huge improvement in top speed but a couple mph will be nice.

 Neighbor did the same switch - 200 O Pro to 200 HO and believes he picked up just about 5mph.   If your 0 Pro was producing 200hp, the HO yields you about 18 more hp.  Not enough for huge top end differential,  but major differential from idle on up ref fuel economy ,  quite running, smoke, etc...
