Luckily my V-20 is 20' plus and therefore not bound by the constraints of "THE MAN".
Ironically, the Merc 250 and the 200 Opti's are identical in displacement and weight. Both heavier than the E-tec. So since I have it hung on a 30" bracket, and GenieAye has nearly your exact setup, I think it safe to assume yours will be damn near PERFECT.
