just load the pic in your puter, then open with paint, hit resize, pick 800 x 600 then save, remember were you save them to, you are all done!

to post here you can do it different ways, the easiest way is to go here under were you post, khit manage attachments, when window pops up choose the pic off your puter and hit submit, done!
