Now that I have your attention, get your minds out of the gutter. I am still having fuel issues so I replaced the primer bulb and line, hence the soft and supple part. I am trying to eliminate as many things as possible. I am running from a portable tank connected directly to the fuel pump. I replaced the spark plugs again. She started up and ran like a champ from the dock, then... bogged down and would not go faster than a troll. I ordered a fuel pump last night thinking that may be the issue at this point, any other thoughts.

What I have done so far
Run concentrated mixture of SeaFoam, 1 can with 4 gal fresh gas. Cleaned out alot of crap but not the issue.
Replaced plugs ( Champion L77jc4), .030 gap
Replaced fuel line and primer bulb
