Default Teak wood cleaning

I found a guy at my marina who showed me a new trick to redoing TEAK WOOD !! we started with a 75% clear BLEACH 25% water and a good (PLASTIC) scrub brush . we wet the wood then sprayed on the bleach soultion let it sit 5 min. then scrubed it all . WALLA down to bare wood !! we sanded it down , let it dry , then re-aplayed 4 layers of oil , and wow looks like a new boat , who says an old dog cant do new tricks
