move it where it fits, use good wire! #4 would be a minimum, #2 is better, especially if you are running it over 10 ft. If you've got a motor that has a computer on it, #2 would be the minimum with 0 being better. if you are running a battery switch. make sure its up to the task, read the amp rating on it, I've seen really good battery installations negated by using a cheap battery switch. Speaking of batteries, don't cheap out here either, if you have an engine with a computer on it, figure 1000 MCA the absolute minimum, 850 MCA for carb motors
