Hey Reel, did you know that back when Clemson University had a producing farm they stored the cheese they made in the tunnel. As soon as you walked into teh tunnel, the temperature was about 20 degrees colder than outside. The trout hatchery is pretty cool, they have about 20 pens that have the fish separated by size, the stream right beside it feeds water into it, they oxygenate it with pure O2.
