X2. This is one of the longest running threads on this board and I cannot tell you how impressed I've been with your skill and determination. I just wish we lived closer so I could personally see this dream coming to fruition. Hang in there and do what you can when you can. Don't set a target date, just keep plugging along. It will happen, I promise.
