Love the shot where they roll the boat over. Those boats are specially ballasted so they will self-right if flipped. Take a good look at each person standing and you'll see they have two straps (one on each side)
going from their waist to padeyes in the deck. Each person is strapped in so they won't get tossed overboard. The helmsman wears a seat belt for the same reason. One of the first lessons they are taught is they must trust their equipment... so they deliberately roll the boats as part of the training. My hat is off to each and every one of them... looks like fun, but really they are learning how to put their lives on the line so we don't loose ours. God bless them each and every one.
