Here's what I use...it's a Minn Kota 70lb thrust..this one has Auto-Pilot and a small wireless remote control called Co-Pilot..both features work GREAT! It's 24 volt, so it requires 2 batteries...Thanks for the heads up, Rob...OIB this year??






This length shaft worked great on the '74 you see in these pics...Had the shaft replaced w/longer one when I moved up to the V21 I had...that same length also works well on the '84 I have it on now...for the type of live-bait fish I mostly do, I couldn't get along w/out it...Advise you get an onboard charger to keep the batteries hot...much easier, just plug in and forget about it...will be hot when yer ready to go
