There are several threads and pictures of boats on homemade stands on this site. Basically you tie your boat's stern to wherever you want it, then pull the trailer out from under it, putting support blocks under it as you go. Usually you'll see 2 support piers made of cement blocks with wood on top of them under the stern (one on each side) for balance and one under the middle keel towards the bow. That's pretty much it. DO NOT allow anyone under the boat without additional bracing. To put the boat back on the trailer, just reverse the proceedure, using your trailers winch to pull the trailer back under the boat.
