Ditto on that Smoke. We got mosquitos here so big they have stripes like a tiger. Plus a plethora of other insects. Nothing worse than a black fly invasion when fishing a wooded creek off the Suwannee. Between that and an occasional deer fly sting and sand gnat invasion. Well, you know your alive. Good stuff! I always have Cutter nearby. Skin So Soft for the sand gnats if you can handle the smell.. There is nothing for black flies to my knowledge. You slather up in DEET and keep one hand free to try and kill as many as you can. Resilient little buggers.
