complex cuts - oh yeah - the stringers are 15 foot long, it appreas that they used 1x10x16 cut to fit. actual dimensions were 3/4 x 9.5 x length. I wanted plywood, so I used 8 foot sheets, cut to size. the joint in the middle i epoxied the two ends together, and then 'sistered' or laminated a 4 foot piece to strengthed the joint.

I found that there was alot of airspace below the stringer, places wehre teh original glass was incredibly sloppy, holes, and i cant believe that they built the boat like this... ha ha

My ply ended up being taller.

complex cuts - yeah, the curve going up to the bow was a PITA, but a side grinder w a 40 grit became my best friend.

hope this helps, and again, sorry for the delay.
no problems, yes it helped alot. thanks!
