Look im with you all the way we can make engines better than what they did--- but alot of guys think that stock is the best way ---every car i ever owned has never been stock always had to do mods to improve power and fuel---im going solid on my camshaft in my 3.7---the reason is the edelbrock head needs rollers and harden pushrods--- so why not go for a solid --the cam grind merc used them is crazy to me ---cam profiles are completely different to what they were using 25 years ago--- i will end up with a engine that idles good and has good tork all the way to 6000 cant wait
all my mates have outboard i just want to prove you can make good power from a 4cyl inboard im the black sheep of the group with a unkown of wellcraft and a unknow 4cyl inboard theywould call my boat a sleeper well i hope i wake her up for them lol
