Tie the back of the boat to something solid. Begin pulling your trailer out from under it for about five feet. Now block the keel up and also block the sides to hold it upright. Pull your trailer on out until its right at the bow curve. Throw some blocks on under it and pull it out the rest of the way. Make sure you have it blocked good before getting under it. Bottom paint is a royal pain in the a$s. Try the Aircraft stripper and a pressure washer after it has sat for ten minutes. The other option is to sand and scrape it off.
