PSA was showing a lower build kit with stock for $120, you're sol on the bolt carrier, they were hard to find 6 months ago. I got one of the M16 bolt carriers, wish i had bought two. I've seen some on armslist, they want more money for them, but considering they were hard to find before all the bs, it may be a decent deal. watch this thread, they are pretty on top of whats available
